[8.161][NOTABUG][CLOSED] WebAdmin shortcuts configuration error message

Hi All

According to the error message on the "WebAdmin shortcuts configuration" section we are allowed to put only A-Z and 0-9 implying only upper case. Can we change that to include lowercase letters as well since I am allowed to use "a" for example
