Could we make the error message on the same format (red) and more user friendly?

Wow without enabling rule and without pac script just apply it give error
just hit apply and cosmetic but this is not a cosmetic where i am applying actual configuration and enabling to configuration btw i check other logs and this is NOT A COSMETIC (for u it might be cosmetic for me its real issues ),as the title it self is wrong
THIS IS A REAL ISSUES .and this comes under Proxy Auto Configuration not under misc-setting
