After activating Log Management, I logged in to the console and tried to download the Windows Agent from Settings, but the option is greyed out. I have tried this on both IE8 and Firefox 3.6.15.
Same happens to me. It's probably linked to the version your LM backend runs and I am curios if anybody so far is able to download the Windows Agent. I at least didn't have any luck yet.
