Some more logfile problems, it seems. It would appear that this issue is related to the other logging issue

To reproduce:
[Test using a log file that's in the 'non-working list' (other thread), e.g. 'HTTP deamon' logfile.]
Select 'Live log' button ("Today's Log Files") - no output displayed.
Select 'View' button ("Today's Log Files") - logfile is displayed in full, correctly.
Go to "Search Log Files" and use a "Search term" to scan the same logfile, looking for a specific unique item that has previously been seen from the "View" logfile output - no output displayed.

Go to "Search Log Files" and use a "Search term" to scan the same logfile, looking for a specific unique item that has previously been seen from the "View" logfile output - Good result; "Search term" unique item is found in logfile and displayed as expected.
Extra info: the process 'confd.plx' is seen to be very active while the non-working logfile search is ongoing.
