[8.160][FEATURE][OPEN] Adjust Wizard to cover the new subscriptions and features

Through the fact that I give quite some ASG trainings, I am from time to time forced to look at the Wizard that has been implemented to quickly configure the product.

Please make sure that this Wizard is adjusted to the current release of the product; this hasn't been done for v8 and the new features (WAS, Wifi), at least not in v8.1.

Also as the wizard covers IM/P2P control, this has to be reworked to match the new engine.

In case this has been already done for the Beta (to be honest, I haven't checked) please ignore my remark.

    Just had a look at the beta:

    IM/P2P was replaced by a simple "enable Network Visibility" control in the Wizard. 

    However the possibility to block certain categories or applications (as it was possible for the old IM/P2P) is missing. Please include selection at least on category level or via Productivity/Risk rating.

    Web Application Security, RED, Log Management, WiFi are however still missing.
