[8.160][BUG][UNABLE TO DUPLICATE] inaccessible Application Control when using Access Control Roles

After defining an Access Role with the Rights WebSecurity Auditor and WebSecurity Manager, you can not use login with this user an get access to "Application Control". See the screenshots.
