Is anyone having problems downloading any archived executive reports from the archived executive reports tab? When I select individual reports to download (checking the box and selecting the download button on the right) the reports will not download. If I chose to have the reports compressed (ZIP file) and downloaded the reports will download with no problems. I have tried this with both Firefox and IE. I have attached a screen shot showing the area were I am trying to download the reports.
Since you mention it I do not remember with going back to version 7. In the past the reports would be send to a separate email box. When I installed the beta software and loaded the configuration file from the previous version (version 8.1) I stopped receiving the reports. After troubleshooting the other problem this is when I noticed that I could not down load the files.
I went back into the firewall and reset the settings for delivering the reports via email to see if this will fix problem. I will post an update when I get some more info.
After seeing your thread I would have added the information contained within this thread. I conducted a search of the bulletin board to see if there was another thread with this same problem.
edit : again there might be issue with which type of report u want pdf or html may be pdf reoport may /may not print but may print html ,for me html report is not printing for daily and ,weekly report not printing pdf but printing html
