for me this looks like that's a problem on the way to that hoggnet server.
If you take a look at the log lines you posted, you'll surely notice:
[FONT="Courier New"]error="Timeout while reading response from Server"[/FONT]
which is a nice indication that either that server (hoggnet) was down, or you had problems getting there, maybe because your traffic has to go a long way through that IPv6 tunnel.
May i suggest that you try to disable IPv6 on all of your machines? It doesn't make sense to hunt for Bugs if all you have is a flaky connection, and tunneling traffic through an 6to4 tunnel make things even worse.
