when i tryed to download that file it give error file is
http://downloads.pcworld.com/pub/new/internet/add_ins_and_patches/el402_ie.exe
using local database with 4 gb ram 64,bit
pls check log
edit :and while download file more then 1 mb it doesnt show any progress bar of as
(i think this is only with download.pcworld.com )

this is again strange i try 3 times 2 time it fail and 3 time it work !
