why is there another definition design?
Most of the definitions are objects on the left side. This feature uses lists. In my opinion not nice and not consequent.
As it is a beta, we do have plans to add more polish and make shinier this application screen. However since there are many factors by which admins have asked us for (like blocking all apps with a productivity score of 3 or less), the standard drag and drop from the left doesnt really fit with the level of power we wish to give you. We will try and adjust it as the beta progresses, but it just wouldnt fit on the left side without giving up a ton of the features we wanted to offer when picking rules, especially as thousands get put in there...

a good reason to change the layout.
But perhaps it is possible to find two or three layouts for all functions.
