[8.160][BUG][FIXED] Support Configuration package 0 byte

Hi All

When trying to download the Support Configuration package ( Support>Advanced) I get a zip file that has 0 byte as a size!

The file should contain:configuration dump, hardware and software information

(Support>Advanced) I get a zip file that has 0 byte as a size!

Oops.

That was a regression caused by the recent improvements of object names in error messages (Mantis 16066).
