Pretty much the same stuff as https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/110/t/70162 . All a related issue. Lots of buttons and boxes are missing.

also on cisco vpn client the box is not there

Same with Site-to-Site VPN>>Certificate Management>>Certificates and Certificate Authority Tabs being blank,

All a related issue. Lots of buttons and boxes are missing.

And most of them are related with the compatibility mode turned on..
