A strange bug that happened to me Monday night (early Tuesday) and again today on a different machine:
When activating the http proxy, it constantly reloaded new configs.
confd.log showed that - though I didn't reconfigure anything on the box - the confd /cfg store was constantly updated by an index.plx client.
Restarting the WebAdmin via /etc/init.d/httpd fixed the problem.
Unfortunately I can't provide details on how I got to this bug or a guide how to reproduce it. Might however be worth looking at it. If you like, I can try and provide log files on Friday evening from that time window for confd, httpd and httpproxy.
