we don't have a time based policy for QoS yet. As much as i like the idea - it makes absoilutely sense to me - i think have to point you to our "feature portal" at Astaro Gateway Feature Requests. There you have the chance to let our product marketing guys know, which feature you'd like to see in our product. The same goes for QoS reporting.
