[8.160][BUG][FIXED] to access log managment u have to disable http/s proxy

Hello Friends !

i was try to understand the log management but there was no way to get it ,

then i disable http/s scan still there was a problem then i have to disable http/s proxy then it work

looks g8 but need to understand
