[8.080][BUG][OPEN] German and French localizations incomplete

Well, after you announced the completion of the localised documentations I simply switched my WebAdmin to German to take a look on it [;)]

Some examples follow, see screenshots...

Most of the new wireless settings aren't translated yet. The same applies to the French version of WebAdmin (and probably for others as well)
