Can you give us a little bit more information on what you did? And maybe what do you mean by "not shown", or perhaps where you are missing this information?
For some reason, it was not showing up on WEBADMIN page. I checked with IE7, and Safari 5.x... Same result.
Internal packet counts were correct. External counts showed 0, both in and out. If I clicked to open the External "In", traffic was displayed correctly in the pop-up window.
I rebooted my ASG and all was once again well. Traffic counts were showing for both external and internal.
