[8.065][BUG][OPEN] HTTP connections drop on inside

Hi,
my family have been complaining about slowness and failed connections for about a week now. Tonight it came to a head with the dashboard showing about 3.5mb/s download on the external interface and nothing on the internal interface.

I can see when the connection starts as both interfaces show similar amounts of traffic, but after a short while the internal connection drops.

I have disabled country and IPS and neither had any affect on the bug. The IPS log does show a large number of portscans, udp floods etc. Nothing shows on the realtime report or the network security tab. After disabling the IPS and country blocking features the external sessions does drop after the internal session drops, but not straight away.

When the external connection is still active the cpu occupancy increases from about 1% to 10-20%. When running TOP, index occupies between 1 and 10% of the cpu.

I have restarted the ASG, enabled and disabled IPS to no avail.
