When you enable or disable Ipv6 all the ipv4 interfaces are not accessible anymore.

After 1 minute all the interfaces are back online.

Enabling/Disabling IPv6 triggers an complete restart of all interfaces,
depending on your hardware this will take some time.

Should not happen to many times you have to enable/disable IPv6 [;)]
