[8.050][QUESTION][CLOSED] Wireless channels

Played around a bit with Wireless Security this evening and asked me, why i can not select channels 12-14 for my AP10.

Whatever i try, setting country to Japan f.ex. and changing time zone helps nothing. Still only able to select channels 1-11.

If i remember right, i should be able to use channels 12 and 13 in Europe, and channel 14 in Japan. How is decided which channels are usable in AWS?
