I created a new home license to use with a test system, and noticed a strange issue. While the Licensing screen shows all features enabled until the license's expiration in 2013, the dashboard and features all show Base functionality only. See the attached screenshots.
I know the power user Home license (I've had it / upgraded it over the years) does work fine now, where it did not before. I'll have to check the other license I created that I used to report the issue; I'll update this thread this evening, but I suspect that you guys must have fixed something around the 8.055 timeframe.
