[8.050][BUG][FIXED] new uplink balancing failover settings aconsistency

Hi

When using the new interface uplink balancing failover mode, with standby interfaces there are a small inconsistency:

I've 2 wan interfaces called wanA and wanB if I set nothing for active interfaces and both wan interfaces to standby interfaces and apply it disable automatically the uplink balancing feature, which is fine... but if u click again onto enable, go elsewhere and come back you will see that things are still enabled (seems disabled behind the scene as I tried to get my wan ip from What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more... which is different from my ip with the first wan into my standby list)... so if no active interface is present this must still disabled when going back to the uplink balancing settings...
