[7.951][NOTABUG][CLOSED] license error message

Hi All

when I try to add a license with different extension (i've tried to upload a ppt [:)] ) I am getting a strange error message. Could we please fix this?

    Do you want us to to implement a scanner for these files and maybe  convert your ppt to a sound file and read it for you?
    This would make a great feature [:)] I'd be curious to know what prompted you to upload a PPT into WebAdmin in the first place, even to try such a thing. Bored are we? lol.
