[7.951][NOTABUG][CLOSED] license error message

Hi All

when I try to add a license with different extension (i've tried to upload a ppt [:)] ) I am getting a strange error message. Could we please fix this?

    If you intentionally trying to break things, okay, but don't expect any meaningful error message. I mean, what next? Do you want us to to implement a scanner for these files and maybe convert your ppt to a sound file and read it for you? Come on...

    If you simply uploaded a broken license file, the error is more than ok.
