[7.951][BUG][OPEN] Country blocking not working

Prior to v7.951 country blocking display "...forbidden due to country blocking.." or something like that. Now it just say "connection refused". Sorry no screen shot. I'm at work

Is your IPv6 enabled? I get a regular block screen when accessing a forbidden county.
