Hello Friends !

#hostname  out is ----- abc.***.com 

#hostname -a output is ----- abc.***.com abc.***.com abc.***.com 

#hostname -i output is ----- my static public ip ,my internal network card ip ,my dmz card ip (1.2.3.4,192.168.2.100,192.168.3.100)

mail>>adv>>smtp hostname ----mail.***.com 

Interface and routing>>Top source hosts>>click dtls (arrow)>> top source host 1st no is mail.***.com 

please correct me if i am makeing mistake 

hostname is abc.***.com  then why the count toped by mail.***.com ?

or in which senario this could happen so i will correct my self 
sorry kbr ,there many other things but on this issuse i could not stop my self that why posted (may be some are true bug ,may be some are bu....)

    i am able to send mails to allmost all others mails but redifmail.com

    not very good with analyzing the logs but doesn't that mean that email was sent to rediffmail.com?

    Wingman:  That line only means that the Astaro has successfully attempted to send the email, but the next line has the return code from the rediffmail.com server saying that the message was blocked and denying receipt of the message.
     
    utm_kid:  That remote email server has your IP blocked.  This could be due to the use of a dnsbl or some other anti-spam setting on their end.  Do you have an RDNS record setup for any mail hosts you use (including your Astaro)?
     
    The error codes given are indicative of an unauthorized relay issue.  Something like this could happen if rediffmail.com used to have their mail hosted by lotuslive.com, but have since switched email providers, and either somebody forgot to change the dns records or the changes haven't yet propogated.
     
    The admin contact for rediffmail should be able to go through their logs and give you a more detailed explaination for why they are rejecting your emails.  They should also have a postmaster@ address that you could try.  If that email is rejected also, you'll probably have to dig around for a contact phone number.

    Hi ,

    i have rdns configured (just enable -checked)and smtp hostname is rdns (that how it suppose to be ?)

    i have contact the mail address they have specified 

     but i am able to send mails to gmail,our company mail server and try with other 2-3 mails and its working 

    Use recommended RBLs is check from smtp>>anti-spam 

    but when i use our company's (hosted mail server/service in usa)
    as a smart host i am able to send and recvied mails
