[7.950][NOTABUG][CLOSED] changelog

Hi All

My understanding is that the changelog is for the admin to verify the chagnes that someone did to the system. I am using ppp0e with dynamic ip and therefore it can change from time time. I've noticed that the changelog is populated every time the ip is updated by ppp_updown (127.0.0.1)-pic attached

That's the intended behavior. We think that it doesn't make any sense to hide those changes from the admin.
