[7.950][FEATURE][CLOSED] pop up confirmation boxes

Hi All

I 've noticed that the old confirmation boxes can't be moved whereas the new ones (changelog ones) can . Example: if you try to create a key and the delete it (under the certificate management) you will notice the pop up confiramtion but there is no option to move it to the right/left and so on. Bringing up the change log for the VPN Signing CA(certificate authority is a new pop up window(new format ) which can be moved
