[7.950][BUG][FIXED] Remote Access,Certificate Management cosmetic

Hi All

I 've found an inconsistency  and I though I should post it :
 (pic attached) the format should be either
1) year/month/date - time or
2) year:month[:D]ata , time 

but it can't be both on the same report [:)]. Sorry guys but I think it's the small details that make the difference
