[7.950][BUG][FIXED] Certificate Management cosmetic

Hi All

The error message on the certificate management is "unknown error"" when trying to upload a wrong certificate (wrong extension.). Could we please fix that to say: invalid extension or smtg? Same error when you try to import a certificate and so on. However, when I create a dummy file with pem extension I am getting the error message "Please upload a file first."

Just to make sure what you mean by "dummy file": Did you use an empty file or have you renamed a picture or something?

yes.I've created a txt file and then renamed the extension
