Hi,
the IPv4 licences show up in the in scope list, don't have any out of scope. There aren't any IPv6 licences in scope. Given that I have 3 devices of which 2 have static IPv6 licences from a subnet and the other uses the inbuilt tunnel (linux) to use the IPv6 external tunnel.
These IP addresses are not new, thety were active before th upgrade to 7.950. I didn't check 7.921 to see whether any IPv6 licences were listed.
