[7.950][NOTABUG][CLOSED] County blocking

Hi All

I used to have the country blocking enabled and the I've disabled. However I am not still not able to connect to www.samspade.org with the following error message:

I've tried to disable the country blocking,restart the box but nothing happened

Any ideas?

    the service is up though.As you sure that's the reason as the log indicates the country as error
