[7.950][NOTABUG][CLOSED] http proxy av and failed to get scanner instance

I did the update to 7.950 yesterday afternoon and all was working great through the night.  This morning though, web proxy was refusing to let me surf as it would complain of the failed to get scanner instance.  I assume a faulty AV update sometime late last night or early this morning as I had to disable http proxy av scanning to be able to surf.
ftp and mail proxy both have av enabled with dual scanning and they seem fine though strangely.

    Both ClamAV & Avira pattern where corrupt. Found the following lines in the kernel.log:

    rpm[19473]: segfault at 2 ip b736f17a sp bf9f3e7c error 4 in libc-2.9.so[b72fc000+155000]
    rpm[19478]: segfault at 2 ip b739517a sp bfb012cc error 4 in libc-2.9.so[b7322000+155000]
    rpm[20213]: segfault at cff808eb ip b784c2a1 sp bfc0ad80 error 5 in librpm-4.4.so[b7819000+5f000]
    Process 20213(rpm) has RLIMIT_CORE set to 0
    Aborting core

    So probably a corrupt RPM database was the reason for his. I have rebuild the DB now, and the proxy is running again. Let's see if this happens again.
