Can you please describe in detail where you see the encoded apostrophe? From the image i can only see that it's a white background in paintbrush.

You've had better times. And we've also had the discussion about the quality of your reports more than one time. So, once more, i have to tell you that we don't count the number of your posts, we also take into account the quality of your feedback. We prefer complete, proficient and qualified reports - please judge for yourself if this thread meets any of these criteria.

I think what he tries to say is that the footer is correct (on the configuration settings) but then on the actual email he gets the encoded apostrophe. Am I right utm_kid ? My guess is that he used paint to just print the relevant configuration instead using the relevant email [:)]
