[7.950][BUG][OPEN] Cosmetic Tip of the moment not alligned in IE8

Guys and gals, first congratulations on reaching the RC1 milestone. A job well done.

This is just a small cosmetic bug, the tip of the moment tab is not alligned correctly in mail manager. Screenshot attached.

It works correctly on firefox/opera but good ol IE8.0.6001 breaks it on vistasp2[:D]
