congratulations, you are a really attentive observer. This special release, the one with the number 7.930, is an internal release only that we've build to test a special combination of features. It will not be released separately.
Instead, we will publish version 7.950 as the first Release-Candidate. More on this in the usual release announcement from Frank on Wednesday.
