The issue Billibob saw is probably triggered by Freenet6, providing a wrong Subnet. There should be no difference between excluding hosts or subnets from the HTTP proxy.
You dont have to enter the allowed networks twice, on global and profile page. Please remove one entry again and retest. If it still fails, please attach you allow network configuration.
Hi Ulrich, I tried to access the internet after 1/. removing my w7 PC IPv4 address from the network definition 2/. I added the network the the w7 PC is on tot he allowed network list.
I could not access the internet, surf protection blocked access.
Put the IPv4 address back into the PC definition and access returned.
In the attached snapshot, the first entry is a group of workstations/PCs that use one http profile and the second entry is a single PC that has the restricted profile.
