[7.921][QUESTION][ANSWERED] footer not printing many times

Hello Friends !

i am using two footers 1st from Smtp>>antivirus>>AntiVirus check footer

and Smtp>>Confidentiality footer>>Use the text below as a footer

""Many"" times 1st footer does not apper in mails (virus check)
how do we diagnose this ,which logs will be help full

Hi utm_kid,

the AntiVirus check footer is only added for mails that really have been checked for viruses. Some mails bypass the AntiVirus scan (check the logfiles for details about which and why). Those mails don't get an AntiVirus footer.

Hi ,

can u please tell me in which circumstance that virus checked footer in not printed i can fwd u some mail where there are attachment still there is no footer and some plain text where i have virus check footer
