[7.921][INFO][CLOSED] cpu usage remain 100 %

Hello Friends !

i have notice cpu usage remain 100 % for very long time ,i checked with "TOP"(Table of process) httpproxy is consuming 98-99 %
last beta also i had same issuse 
when i disable http/s proxy then it come back to normal 


next time when i notice this what i should monitor
