[7.921][NOTABUG][CLOSED] Email Encryption active

Hello Friends !

i have set email encryption for mail server later on to avoid confusion i disable it still it is showing Email Encryption is active with 2 users on dashboard

when it is disable i dont get smime.p7s certificate ( or key ? )
when when it is enable i get that certificate/key

disable mean i disable their certificate /when i disable thier certificate the users also disable as they are cant send certificate
