[7.921][NOTABUG][CLOSED] Missing Voip & IM/P2P Options

Hi After doing an inplace upgrade from 7.920 - 7.921 via Uptodate.
I noticed that the Voip communications stopped.
I logged in to check setting and found that on the left side options where missing, please see pic.

They are re arranged Network Security>>voip
and Web security>>im/p2p
