[7.921][BUG][FIXED] Strange character's added to network names in place of apostrophe..

Hi,  strange characters are being added to the network definitions. In screenshot 1, I am trying to add an exeption to the http proxy. The network definition was already present from previous version, as you can see there are some characters like# &;s added to the name. I guess the apostrophe (') is being changed to those characters.
Interestingly, it doesn't show up like that in definitions. (screenshot2). These definitions were already present so I am not adding them right now. They got updated like that.

EDIT: Ok just created a new definition and the characters are added for apostrophe('). I didn't check for hostnames etc but I am assuming it will be added in place of any apostrophe.
