[7.921][BUG][NOT A BUG] Master node in cluster with HTTP/S proxy running suffers from memory leak

Hi,

This was also affecting 7.920 and a few versions back that the master node in the cluster appears to be suffering from a memory leak when HTTP/S proxy is running as evidenced from the increasing memory utilisation (pic attached).

When the proxy is off or in standard mode, this condition is not seen.

Ulrich - you may recall this from about a month ago when the system was suffering from this condition.

I'll continue to monitor this and will post updated stats tomorrow.

    That's exactly what i would have suggested, as from the graph we mostly see 7.920 progress.

    Hi Kai/Ulrich,

    Unfortunately looks as if its still present in 7.921.  Was running HTTP traffic through it from 11am today and memory utilisation steadily increasing.

    Can you please execute the following command and attach the output here?
    "ps ax -o rss,pid,cmd,start|sort -n -r|head -n 30"

    Would be great if you post the output of the command again after a few hours or so...

    Darren, do you have the webadmin running all the time? If you do, please test 1-2 days without leaving the webadmin open all the time.
