[7.920][BUG][OPEN] Scrambled Interfaces after Restore

Hi I just did a new rebuild with disk 7.920 and did a restore of backup with USB Key on first reboot.
The Interface order and listing has changed from that of the original system even after a restore.
Please see the Attached pics (pic 34 is before rebuild)
