help with mail server setup

Hello Friends !

i am trying to "exploring" mail security (must have notice no thread with mail issues[:)] )
i have fqdn ,i have configure mx with isp ,my isp doesn't give me option to use ptr (i cant enter the ip in revers order  in mx don't have option to enter any ip )
 my mail server is on windows and dns configure on windows 

online util for smtp check  say "Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner"
but i run
 # host myipaddress
 myipaddress.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer  myipaddress.static.vsnl.net.in.


can u please recommend u r ideas 
possible work around

    utm_kid, can you please specify what exactly is your problem?
    So you get your incoming mails  beeing blocked by the ASG due to RDNS/HELO checks?
    Do you get incoming mails correctly but outgoing mails are blocked by the recipients due to RDNS/HELO checks on THEIR site?
    Turn of NAT rules for SMTP if you want to use the smtp proxy.
