Is it possible to throttle the upload traffic for a special Network oder for a IP or Userbased?

I have one server uploading a lot of traffic to the internet, due to the DSL Restriction of 512kb/s i have sometimes the problem with VoIP. I installed QoS Rules for the DSL Interface but sometimes i have still Problems. So it would be a realy great feature to set the Upload speed of a Special Interface or on IP base for example to 200kb/s.

Another view would be to throttle a "guest" Interface ... and so on...

Is this in V8 possible or will it be?

    didn't get this ... i can only creat selectors from ip to ip with service ... but i have only the interface WAN and LAN and both are 100MBit/s ... the tunnels goes over these interfaces .. but i can't select a tunnel and set lets say the tunnel has a bandwith of 500kb/s an 200kb/s are reserved for VoIP Traffic ... or am i blind? [:)]
