[7.912][BUG][UNABLETODUPLICATE] HTTP-proxy running at 100%

Hi,

Seems that the HTTP/S proxy is maxing out the CPU utilisation at 100%.  Screen grab for processes and CPU util report attached.

Turned off HTTP/S proxy and utilisation returned to normal.  Turned back on again and appears to be operating within normal specs.  Today one of the multipath connections has been up and down -a lot- wondering if the constant traffic rerouting could have affected the proxy?

Will continue to monitor.
