Hello Friends !

As i posted some time back my internet connection is down ,now they(my isp) have provied new internet connection via CAT 5 cable where i have to acess some ip from url and it gives me login name and passwd then i am able to login on single system 
my astaro is a guest on esxi4.0.1 and i have only 1 physical internface to the system 
Now ,how do i configure the same with astaro i try to put username and passwd using pppoe and ethernet cable connected to regular switch ,
and it show down and down 

i am getthing this error/message from pppoe log

    However there is no way for an Astaro to automate captive portal logins. 

    You should talk to them and ask if you get another internet access that is not controlled by a captive portal and maybe explain why you need this. Maybe they'll understand. Maybe not. 

    The problem is that you can still use your internet access, but automatic updates or remote access via the ASG is difficult, since your internet connection will probably time out at one point in time.

    I would suggest talking to this ISP about another way to authenticate you; perhaps they can tie your access to the MAC address of the external NIC interface of your Astaro; this is not ideal, but they can be assured that it's really you that is accessing the network.
