[7.911][QUESTION][FIXED] ipv6 Tunnel up/down

Hello Friends !

 i am using this configuration on esxi 4.0.1 /64 bit asg /1.2 gb ram 
using tunnel broker>>user>>freenet6 and user name and passwd 

i am trying setup ipv6  ,it is showing tunnel up and down (as it is rebooting ) 
Tunnel Broker: 2001:***:1400:B::6703
Subnet: 2001:***:***:BD00::/56 also but many time it goes up and down and at the same time cpu usage is going very high 
most of the time confd and mdw is using more cpu

last time Billybob help me to setup a ipv6 ,i am trying to follow the same what he did

there was change in name from acenn to acenn-1

edit /update::::: now i am trying 6 to 4 option 
when i click on appy button under advanced i am getting some message /error ?
i have static public ip on my wan interface
 
when i am using tunnel mode i get ip starting with 2001:5C0 and when i use 6 to 4 i am getting ip 2002:79F7 is that ok ?

    did you press "Apply" with an empty text box? Otherwise I'm not able to reproduce this.
    There has to be some data in these boxes!

    Yes, its normal that your tunnel broker address is different than your 6to4 address.
    Please read some IPv6 documentation about 6to4!

    still i am facing this problem
    it seems ipv6 daemon is rebooting ,(i am guessing this from middle ware message )

    Can you attach screenshots of your NAT >> Masquerading and NAT >> DNAT/SNAT rules?

    We found the issue if NAT/MASQ is enabled together with Generic Proxy.
    However this issue has no operating impact, so the mdw error message is unrelated
    to the IPv6 Tunnel Broker connection issue.

    If the IPv6 Tunnel Broker still not working, please attach the ipv6.log again
    or send me your login details...

    i think i create some some gernric proxy rule some time back and last 2-3 days back delete now i am not getting middleware error/message but in some interval there is up /down (connect/disconnect)
