[7.911][FEATURE][FIXED] error for Country Blocking

Hello Friends !

i have added china as a block list in error log and in user browser i am getting

"While trying to retrieve the URL: Interop2010´ó»áÇ°Õ° ÔÆ¼ÆËãµÈ³É½¹µã-ÖÐ¹Ø´åÔÚÏß
Error message: Connection timed out "

is it possible to add message this site/page block due to country blocking

as connection time out is mis-guiding message to user

Actually, simply changing the (hidden) packetfilter rule to REJECT instead of DROP would at least cause the browser to immediately show an error such as 'connection refused'.

That's true, but using Drop offers those pinheads attacking our connections less information... it's a catch-22.

When I was suggesting using REJECT instead of DROP, I was thinking of outgoing connections... perhaps this should be user-settable for both incoming and outgoing traffic.
